Pret A Manger

LONDON, 2010

Forming part of a wider brief to update the company’s interior and lighting concept, a new palette conceived as part of the design.
The lighting improves permeability from outside to inside. Illumination of the vertical surfaces were deemed key in achieving this objective. The brick finish brings a much welcomed feeling of comfort to the Pret store and is lit to emphasise texture and form. A combination of neutral white and warm white light sources are used to give the store the qualities of crisp daylight and make the most of the warm materials.
