Project: Hilton International Hotel, Heathrow Airport, London.

Light Bureau are providing architectural design services for the Hilton Hotel at Terminal 5. The brief includes all front of house areas and aspires to provide a state of the art lighting solution. Working closely with EPR architects, main contractors Sisk, Tonik Design and RYB Konsult Light Bureau are aiming to integrate low energy sources where possible, providing a sustainable, creative lighting solution.

The development of the site will provide fine dining restaurants and bar areas within an exciting 6 storey internal atrium, conference and leisure space are located within the wings of the hotel.

The hotel will have extensive landscaped areas and existing river feature, which will demand a sympathetic, careful and considered use of light to avoid light pollution and trespass, given the close proximity to the airport.
